Bishop's Annual Appeal

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

One of the exceptional aspects of belonging to St. Monica Parish is the feeling that we are a part of something much larger than any one person. Our Church connects us all -  as neighbors, as a community, as children of God and followers of  Christ.
We're heartened by all the good work accomplished through our parishioner's dedication of their gifts of time, talent, and treasure. Next weekend, we are asked to respond to the Bishop's annual Appeal.
This year's theme, "Pilgrims of Hope: Making an Impact Together," reminds how our gifts will touch lives here in the diocese and how it will impact our own parish along with other parishes, schools and ministries.
This year our parish goal is $164,159. As in past years, 100% of all paid pledges collected over that amount will be returned to our parish for our local use. We will offer everyone the opportunity to make their pledge or gift this weekend with in-pew ​envelopes at each Mass or you can complete the pledge card you receive in the mail this week and mail it in. Please use the time between now and then to make a prayerful decision about participating in the 2025 Bishop's ​Annual Appeal campaign. Remember that pledges are payable over several months.
