Welcome to our CCD Program! We’re excited to begin another year of faith formation with your children. To register students in grades 1 through 8, please scroll down and complete the online registration form. Payment for the program will be collected on the first night of class—cash or check will be accepted. For your convenience, you can click the links below to download the class schedules and important information for parents. - Elementary School
  
  Mondays| 6:00pm – 7:15pm
  Class begins September 22, 2025
  Grades 1-5 meet on Monday evenings at St. Monica School from September through March. Second graders/First Communicants will continue to meet through April.
  
  Sacramental Formation for First Holy Communion in our Diocese is a two-year program. The two-year program as defined by St. Monica Parish is equivalent to the traditional school year.
- Middle School
  
  Select Sundays | 1:00pm – 3:00pm
  Class begins Oct 5, 2025
  Grades 6-8 meet on scheduled Sunday afternoons at St. Monica School. The focus of Middle School Faith Formation classes is preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The curriculum is presented as a 3-year program for grades 6-8 because we only meet 8 times a year.
  
  8th Grade Confirmation
  CCD and homeschooled students are Confirmed along with St. Monica School students in the spring. The Confirmation Mass is traditionally held at St. Augustine Cathedral in downtown Kalamazoo.
  Confirmation materials will be emailed out and available in mid September.
- Full payment for the family is due at the time of registration or first class session.

  No child will be denied Catholic Faith Formation for reason of financial hardship. Scholarships are available by contacting Steve Goffeney.
