What is CBSM?
Since 2010, CBSM has been helping Catholics study Scripture so that they can encounter Jesus Christ, grow as disciples, and share the Good News. Whether you're a long-time student of Scripture or a beginner, a CBSM class is a place to discover the timeliness of God's Word and transform our lives as disciples of Jesus in His Church.Participants read, study, and pray through the entire Bible over four years. This year we will encounter the major and minor Prophets of the Old Testament, as well as the books of Tobit, Judith, and Esther. In these inspired works, the Lord calls us to grow in holiness, worshiping while living in right relationship with both God and neighbor. The class will meet Thursday evenings from 7-9pm beginning Sept 17. Pre-registration is required.
CBSM exists to grow disciples in and through God's Word with an in-depth study of the entire Bible led by well-formed teachers, so that our faith as Catholics is vibrant and more deeply rooted in Christ. Through donations, CBSM is accessible to all with 100% of requests for financial aid granted.
